Welcome! The Complete Adoption Services of Family Counseling Clinic, Inc. (CAS of FCC) believes that adoption is a loving choice, and that every adoption involves a journey of the heart. We hope that we can answer your questions about our domestic and international adoption programs, and that the information presented here will help you build your family through adoption. Thank you for spending time with us. Family Counseling Clinic is a unique, licensed child welfare agency located in Mundelein, Illinois. We are a not for profit, non-sectarian agency. We are dedicated to providing individualized service to each adoptive family, regardless of religious belief, age or current marital status. Since 1970 we have been providing adoptive placements and home studies for domestic and international adoption for families living in Illinois.  Our staff are licensed, accredited child welfare workers with extensive adoption experience.
Our philosophy is that couples and individuals have the right to decide how they want to become parents. We see ourselves as your advocate and we are here to help you bring a child into your family. Domestically, CAS of FCC offers direct placement, agency-assisted, and interstate compact services. For more information on our Domestic Programs, click here. Internationally, adoption has grown in recent years with the availability of more infants and young children. CAS of FCC, with its own programs, or its work with other U. S. based agencies, can help each family sort out the issues that will lead to an adoption from an appropriate country.
